DJ Andy J responded on short notice (Glad that our 27 June 2009 date was not yet booked!) worked very hard to accommodate our personalized playlists, was flexible with other professional music groups we had scheduled, and respected our request to have the DJ service as a helpful background, rather than "In Your Face" DJ action. The only negative was caused by our event planning. We located our wedding venue in the same space as our reception and scheduled other activities/music during part of our time in the venue. Consequently, Andy had to be on site and set up BEFORE the wedding started and then had to basically wait for 3 hours while activities occurred. It was only fair to pay for his waiting time, but we ended up paying for 5 hours when we really only had 2 hours of DJ time. Our problem, not Andy's. We suggest future event planners examine their event schedule/venue to avoid excessive downtime. We were very happy with the equipment, the music played, how Andy conducted his business, and how he conducted himself during our event. Highly Recommended.
