DJ Andy J

DJ Andy J (contact), also known as Andy Holt, has been a professional wedding DJ for around 10 years, since 1999. He started DJing with a friend who he met through church who showed him the ropes and taught him all about what it meant to provide a quality event for clients. In 2002, Andy decided to start his own DJ business and so began searching for the perfect equipment to make the ultimate DJ rig. Andy has always been a computer nerd, and with the help of his father, Mr. Holt, built the perfect DJ setup for any event! They began booking gigs right away and went all over Kansas City DJing for weddings, corporate parties, everything. Then Andy graduated high school from Lee's Summit North and went to Mizzou in Columbia to become an engineer, and of course DJ at as many fraternity and sorority parties as possible. What a blast!

In May of 2008, DJ Andy J graduated college from Mizzou and came back to Kansas City to work as an engineer at a firm that designs power plants. However, he has so much fun DJing he just can't stop!

Andy is young, but already has so much experience DJing he is perfect for traditional or informal weddings. Other parties are always a blast, and Andy would love to join you to help you celebrate whatever occasion you can think of. Heck you don't even need an excuse to party with any of us!

Alex Goff

Alex is one of our best new DJs! Alex has been in the service industry for 10 years and is a fantastic DJ. His favorite thing about DJing at weddings is making the entire crowd dance. His experience and energy will ensure that the entire crowd is dancing all night long.

Alex loves to party, but making theĀ  bride and groom happy is the most important aspect of any wedding. He keeps an astute eye on the couple to make sure that they have everything they need in order to relax and enjoy their own evening.

John Baldwin

John (contact) is an experienced and fun loving dj. He likes to help people have a great time dancing to choice music. John has been a dj in Kansas City for about 10 years and is looking forward to many more. The thing that John likes the most about deejaying weddings is being a part of celebrating a couple's new life together. You never know when one or more of those couple's will be married for fifty years or more!

Even though he holds the microphone, John knows that he is not the show but rather the bride and groom or the person who is celebrating their 50th anniversary or the high school that is celebrating its prom. That is who he does it for and they are the reason that others are there as well.

It does not matter what the occasion is as long as it asks for music and dancing, you can bet that more often than not, John will be there.

Jones' KC Wedding

By Kim

Andy is a great guy and very laid back. I found him while searching the internet. He had great reviews and a very large selection of music. He kept the flow of the night going and was very attentive to our needs.
The moment I knew he was awesome -- our ceremony was outside in a field. And I didn't think there would be any way for us to have a microphone and speakers near the ceremony site. Andy found a generator and hooked it up to his car. He hauled the speakers across the field to the ceremony site and brought a wireless mic for us. If it hadn't been for the mic, the guests would not have heard anything. And we wrote our own vows so it was important to us for our guests to hear everything. He did this all without me even asking him to. He just read the situation and knew what to do. Andy made it all possible. Afterwards, he quickly moved all the equipment back to the tent for the reception and we were dancing in no time! ...
